The first-born

Rías Baixas Santiago Roma Albariño.
A good organoleptic balance of our grapes, destemming, pressing at low pressures, cold defoaming, controlled fermentation between 18ºC and 20ºC.

Tasting note

COLOUR: White, clean and bright, straw with golden hues.

NOSE: Albariño purity (balsamic of laurel), slightly dry field note, subtle hint of dry and clean eucalyptus leaf, forefront of ripe apple.

MOUTH: Pleasant entrance of clean sensations, where its freshness acquires protagonism and where laurel, lemon and apple at its forefront are combined by a pleasant note of fresh herb with a measured and pleasant finish of bitterness that gives it life.

IDEAL TEMPERATURE OF CONSUMPTION: From 8ºC to 10ºC.

The prodigal son

Rías Baixas Santiago Roma Albariño Selection.
Fruit of a careful vintage from our best grapes of old vines (average age of 40 years).
Made with Monovarietal Albariño (100%), destemmed, criomaceration (cold maceration), free-run juice must, cold deflated,controlled fermentation between 18ºC and 20ºC with native yeast (dregs) and aging on fine lees.

Tasting Note

COLOUR: White, clean and bright, golden yellow.

NOSE: Although discreet, it expresses the elegance of an Albariño with notes of dry eucalyptus and delicate memories of clean grass, with a fresh lemon-mandarin citrus touch, and an attractive touch of acacia flower.

MOUTH: Its entrance in the mouth reveals the grapes from which it comes, and the souvenir of the sweet and clean must, which in its final step reminds of a balsamic laurel.

The Heir

Rías Baixas Colleita de Martís Albariño.
A wine respecting the parameters of quality of the winery, of more modern style and very competitive. Its name comes from ancestry, as the main house of the current winery was known as "La casa de Martís", a former farmhouse. Made with 100% variety of albariño grape, destemmed.

Tasting note

COLOUR: Bright straw.

NOSE: Balsamic aromas of laurel with tones of dried eucalyptus leaf and mature apple.

MOUTH: In the mouth it manifests full of freshly cut grass, lemon with a measured and pleasant finish of bitterness that gives life and makes it suggestive to accompany brothy lobster rice, grilled vegetables and fish without forgetting white meats.

The Grandfather

Rías Baixas Pedranai.
he result of an innovative and patented product. A special production procedure following the process of Santiago Roma Selección (Rías Baixas Albariño grapes from old vines, an average of 40 years), destemmed, cryomaceration, tear must, fermentation in ovoid granite barrels at 17º -18º G, 7 months of ageing on fine lees, with natural batonnage and micro-oxygenation through the granite wall

Tasting note

COLOUR: A fine yellow, with golden touches, clean and bright.

NOSE: Evoking the sea, and shell of freashly.

ON THE PALADATE: Notes of the Albariño variety, fresh fruit; apple, with a slight salty and mineral-like flavour ,hints distinguishing all the personality of our terroir. Perfect to enjoy with fish, shrimp, rice, grilled vegetables, white meats and entrees, etc .

The Nerd

Italian Grape Ale with Albariño must.
An ground-breaking beer from the Italian Grape Ale family, true to its style: dry on the palate, highly a romatic, with an intense hop flavour. The MaIturn grape represents a step forward in the world of craft beer, intertwining two pa ralieI products in its production: wine and beer. For this, the Italian Grape Ale style of beer and Rías Baixas AIbariño must a reused, combined in the fermentation process.

Tasting note

APPEARANCE: Light body and attractive golden hue.

AROMA: On the nose it immediately exhibits a hight-intensity tropical and citricus composition, with a potent touch of Albariño.

TASTE: Its freshness jump out, giving way to a well-implemented bitterness producing a moderate astringency on the paladate, followed by a perfectly balanced finish.

FINISH: Round and sweet.

IDEAL TEMPERATURE FOR CONSUMPTION: From 4ºC to 7ºC.

BURBULLA

The Matriarch

Rías Baixas Albariño Brut Nature Sparkling Wine.
Made with 100% single-varietal Albariño grapes with a good sensory balance, with meticulously-selected grapes. De-stemmed, pneumatically pressed, controlled fermentation at 18ºC before being decanted to separate it from the lees and thereby obtain the base wine. It then proceeds to the tirage and a second fermentation in bottles at a controlled temperature of 14ºC which, after a minimum period of nine months in the bottle, encourages the appearance of the bubbles. It is then disgorged and the expedition liqueur added.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Yellow with olive reflections, bright and glossy. Fine bubbles that form a continuous rosary

NOSE: With a subtle complexity, it exhibits floral, fruity and plant aromas with a predominance of acacia flower, linden blossom and fresh grass. When swirled, it presents notes of magnolia flower, and is reminiscent of baked goods, along with hints of multi-flower honey. Touches of white-fleshed pip fruits and stone fruits. Finish with a background of light caramel

ON THE PALATE: Lively and elegant attack in the mouth, very broad, with floral flavours and a certain amount of minerality. The body evokes nuts and just the right tartness from notes of grapefruit. Gentle and harmonious fizz, balanced acidity and intense finish.

IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6º C.

METAMORFOSE

The rebel

This wine comes from 25-year-old vineyards of the Mencía variety, cultivated in the valley of the Monerrei D.O. (Ourense, Galicia, Spain). The area is characterized by its slaty and exquisite soils, of metamorphic origin, which give this red wine an elegant, fruity load and marked minerality

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Cherry red with a maroon edge.

NOSE: Floral, violet and lilac notes are first perceived. Sweets, liquorice, strawberry popsicle. Black fruit, blueberries and black plum.

ON THE PALATE: Mature, tasty, oily and warm. Ripe black fruit can eb sensed, and a minerally bottom note.

IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15º C.
