Fruit of a careful vintage from our best grapes of old vines (average age of 40 years).
Made with Monovarietal Albariño (100%), destemmed, criomaceration (cold maceration), free-run juice must, cold deflated.
COLOUR:
White, clean and bright, golden yellow.
NOSE:
Although discreet, it expresses the elegance of an Albariño with notes of dry eucalyptus and delicate memories of clean grass, with a fresh lemon-mandarin citrus touch, and an attractive touch of acacia flower.
MOUTH:
Its entrance in the mouth reveals the grapes from which it comes, and the souvenir of the sweet and clean must, which in its final step reminds of a balsamic laurel.
TIDEAL TEMPERATURE OF CONSUMPTION:
From 8ºC to 10ºC.
