Rías Baixas Santiago Roma Albariño. A good organoleptic balance of our grapes, destemming, pressing at low pressures, controlled fermentation at18ºC.
COLOUR: Yellow with olive reflections, bright and glossy. Fine bubbles that form a continuous rosary.
NOSE: With a subtle complexity, it exhibits floral, fruity and plant aromas with a predominance of acacia flower, linden blossom and fresh grass. When swirled, it presents notes of magnolia flower, and is reminiscent of baked goods, along with hints of multi-flower honey. Touches of white-fleshed pip fruits and stone fruits. Finish with a background of light caramel.
MOUTH: Lively and elegant attack in the mouth, very broad, with floral flavours and a certain amount of minerality. The body evokes nuts and just the right tartness from notes of grapefruit. Gentle and harmonious fizz, balanced acidity and intense finish.
IDEAL TEMPERATURE OF CONSUMPTION: 6ºC
