A wine respecting the parameters of quality of the winery, of more modern style and very competitive. Its name comes from ancestry, as the main house of the current winery was known as "La casa de Martís", a former farmhouse. Made with 100% variety of albariño grape, destemmed.
COLOUR:
Bright straw.
NOSE:
Balsamic aromas of laurel with tones of dried eucalyptus leaf and mature apple.
MOUTH:
In the mouth it manifests full of freshly cut grass, lemon with a measured and pleasant finish of bitterness that gives life and makes it suggestive to accompany brothy lobster rice, grilled vegetables and fish without forgetting white meats.
TIDEAL TEMPERATURE OF CONSUMPTION:
From 8ºC to 10ºC.
